Directions:

My Experience:
I can honestly say this product has been more helpful as an appetite suppressant than anything else I have ever used. During the course of three months i have lost around 10 lbs while using this product. I would however, not credit that solely as a result of simply using this product. While it is true that SlimQuick keeps you from feeling hungry while keeping you energized enough to exercise, it wouldn’t have worked had I been pigging out on junk food and sitting on my behind all day. Nothing would. So instead, I integrated the use of this product with a low calorie diet ( roughly around 1200 kcals per day ) and a moderate daily workout regimen to get the results that I did.
My favorite thing about SlimQuick is that unlike most weight loss supplements, this one doesnt make you want to throw up because of how bad it tastes. The drink mix is actually really really good and if I didn’t know better, I’d easily confuse it with tropical fruit punch. Only that SlimQuick contains zero calories and is way more useful than the latter. The cost is also quite decent for all the good it does and for me that’s a big thumbs up. I highly recommend it to all my ladies struggling to get a jumpstart on their weight loss journey.

Fake it till you make it part II

In part one of Fake it till you make it i shared some tips about hiding weight gain by using wardrobe pieces. In this part i will be sharing some tips on doing so using hair and make up. So without further ado, here they are…

1, Nude Blush…

When it comes to blush, use  neutral tones like browns, peaches or such instead of the usual rosy ones. Apply blush under your jaw bones instead of on the apples of your cheeks. Blend softly into your hairline. Also, avoid using shimmer on your face. Remember, the more light reflects from your face the bigger it will look.

2, Contouring… 

Lightly apply bronzer on the hollows of your cheeks and under your chin and jaw line.

3, Side swept bangs…

Unlike regular bangs, the side swept look is more subtle and the diagonal shape reduces the appearance of a fuller face.

4, Volumize your hair…

Add some body to the crown and roots by flipping hair forwards and blow drying the roots before ironing.

5, Straight hair…

Yes, its quite unusual, but straight hair distracts from any unnecessary attention to your cheek bones.

6, Manage your brows…

Brows can make your face look wider or slimmer. Dont sport very thin brows. Go to a professional for advice on what shape flatters your face.

So, i suppose its fair to say that almost everybody’s got a little bit of weight they need or want to put off. But while youre working on that, there are a few pieces you might wanna add to your wardrobe to give the illusion of a slimmer bod. Here they are…
